For most teen cases, yes. Invisalign Teen delivers equivalent results to braces when worn as directed for 20–22 hours per day. For severe bite issues or complex rotations, braces may be more appropriate. The doctor will recommend the right option at your consultation.
Yes. Aligners can be removed for a few hours for special occasions. They go back in immediately after.
Yes. Remove aligners before contact sports and wear a regular mouthguard. Much simpler to manage than braces.
